Emergency Measures:
You can direct our shoppers to call or email someone if there are certain issues witnessed that you deem to be critical to the health and safety of guests or staff. i.e. Serving undercooked meat or molded food products.

A key element in our reporting is the Impact Report. With each mystery shop will be a written report reviewing all aspects of the visit with candid interpretations from our professionals. Pictures are taken at various segments of the visit to show exactly what the shopper is referring to in their comments. When appropriate, our shoppers will include

Shop Scores:
Scoring is done equally across the question base as every aspect is important to the end result of a customer’s visit. On other shops the hostess may be weighted lower in the end score, but the hostess can single handedly make a guest visit a success or a failure.
